While I didn't move forward with DNS Anycast from Dynamic Network Services, Inc., my webmaster talked me into using DNS Made Easy on advertising and commerce servers. They also have an Anycast service.
DNS resolve speed has improved significantly, that's good. I'll chalk it up as extra value for clients of our Hitt Publishing Direct Advertising Solutions.
