Just incorporated the new OpenX server into the HPD Advertising Network, you'll be delighted by how much better this system is over previous version. The last update gave geo-targeting, faster ad displays, and agency management. This upgrade puts the server in the class of Real Media OAS or DoubleClick DART.
In the next couple of months, and I'm recommending this to clients too, I'll be updating tags to use OpenX's new single load JavaScript rotation in favor of XML-RPC. The single load is much faster with less overhead. In several tests it improved page loads for all visitors.

Just wanted to say quick hello and wish you well in using OpenX. OpenX 2.6 has some great new features like single page call and the API seem to be really popular already. It sounds like you're already seeing a performance improvement. User management is a big bonus for larger publishers and networks too.

Thanks Oliver! OpenX 2.6 is a solid product, it's my number one choice for integration when clients don't have the volume to support a major hosted solution. It's the primary choice for the JWH Consolidated Network, with user management it's quickly moving to the top of my list.
